Six flags hurricane harbor has taken away 50 of their white loungers seats for people to seat, lay or place their personal belongings and now they have in different area loungers for rent. They are charging $30 per chair. They have the space to put some of these white chairs back. These places are empty now and they can put the chair back. There has to be a way where their charges should be controlled. In addition, people left their personal belongings behind bushes, on the dinning area tables, and in other places. I know I had a choice to pay the fee but that doesn't mean I was ok w/it. We had our personal belongings including our phones, wallets and purses , so what did we supposed to do? Leave them exposed to anyone to take? I'm sure they wouldn't take responsibility if any items were lost or stolen. I would like them to put back the white chairs they took out and limit the amount of loungers for rent. It's a ridiculous fee and how is a hard working family of 5 supposed to come up with additional cash to pay for this? I would like to get refunded for the rental since we didn't even lay on those those chairs. We just needed a place to put down our personal belongings. I also wrote a complaint while in the park and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor but they were not available on 7/1. Purchased a yearly pass to be paid monthly, a yearly pass. Six Flags kept charging me after that one year without confirmation with me, and I called and asked for a refund and refuse to refund me the amount payed after the year had passed. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund me the amount outside of the year that I actually used the pass.
